Dryer stopped drying our clothes, still damp after 2 cycles. Emailed Action Air Duct on a Sunday afternoon, Tamir responded within 30 minutes to set up an appointment for Monday. Arrived on time, polite, professional and very informative. (gave me directions to better maintain my dryer). Vent was clogged, I don’t think the vent was ever cleaned. We moved in in April, building is 18 years old. Below is a picture of the massive amount of lint that built up over the years. Thankfully it didn’t cause a Fire. Thanks Tamir Great Job!

Action Air Duct did a wonderful job. They came out quickly, within 2 days to help clean my vents. The technicians I worked with were Jesus Novelo and Allen. They explained all the steps to it was easy for me to understand what was needed. They gave me a great price. And most importantly, they were super friendly. It made the whole experience even better! Thank you for a wonderful job well done. Jesus was polite, thoughtful, competent and knowledgable and he explained carefully and clearly all about what he and is co-worker would do. He showed us proof in photos of before and after the cleaning was done. He also showed us the filter he took out and it was surprisingly gross! He also explained how often we should change the filter and that it would be wise to do a not quite so involved cleaning annually. My husband and I are very pleased with the work and look forward to the house smelling more sweetly after the fan has been running for a while.
I used this company to clean my dryer vent. They were able to schedule an appointment within a week which was necessary due to other deadlines. Communication the day of was great- they called when they were on their way and showed up at the beginning of the time window I was given. The vent was completely clogged and ended up being a bigger project than originally thought, but the team (Jesus and one other guy) did a great job getting it cleaned out. Price was fair for the work done and the crew was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.
